Yet another book that triggers a distant memory, the publishing age is about right as well. These were common place in the early 70's in schools. Some of you may remember the characters Lok and Shan.

What about "Read, Write and Remember"?
I read these books at school aged about 6/7 (in 1981). They had amazing true stories and were very tatty. Great website! Loads of early reading memories here!
